Being the first to break the monopoly of foreign ships' agency service in sea ports of the CIS “Sovmortrans” became the first agent in our country of the largest American Shipping Company “Sea Land Service Inc.” and worked with it for more than 6 years. Now “Sovmortrans” cooperates actively with all sea container lines.

Today “Sovmortrans-Odessa” is one of the leading freight forwarding companies in Ukraine which has its representative offices in ports of Ilyichevsk, Mariupol and Reni. It is the member of AIFFU (Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine), AMAU (Association of Shipping Agents of Ukraine), FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations), FONASBA (Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents), WCA (World Cargo Alliance). We also have direct agency agreements with forwarding companies in UAE, Brasilia, USA, China.

Professionalism of “Sovmortrans” is recognized in the whole world. In 1999 in Spain our company was awarded the 2 nd International Transport Award. In 2004 the Supreme Council of Ukraine awarded “Sovmortrans-Odessa” a diploma and a special prize of the “Leader of Transport Industry of Ukraine” within the framework of the national project “Transport in Ukraine ”. In February 2005 the services rendered by our company were estimated by the Assembly of Business Circles of Ukraine as of “Highest Quality”.
